Payments can be made by:

• Calling 330-674-0062 to set up automatic credit or debit card payment which will post monthly until notified otherwise
• Using our "Pay My Bill" link to pay online or set up auto pay
• Mailing check or money order to Star Brite Storage, PO Box 249, Millersburg, OH 44654

Rent for all units are scheduled to be due on the first of the month. Please remember to include a $10 late fee for payments received after the 5th of the month.

Payments received after the 5th of the month will be accessed a $10 late fee.

Call 330-674-0062 to inquire about unit size/cost/availability and to schedule appointment to rent. At that time you will meet at the storage location, sign a contract (month to month), receive a cylinder lock with two keys, and pay for unit. A $25 deposit is required, $15 of which is refundable if the lock with two keys are returned, unit is cleaned and in a re-rentable condition, and balance is paid in full.

If payment is not received by the 5th of the month due, units will be locked and a $10 late fee added to current balance. Once payment is made in full, unit will be unlocked, usually within five days. If paying by Auto Pay, remember to notify us of any changes to current credit or debit card information.

Tenants are responsible for obtaining insurance for the contents of their units.

When payments for units become delinquent or contents are abandoned. Tenants are responsible for keeping telephone numbers and addresses current and for updating changes in credit or debit card information.
